Cancellation Policy :

1. Cancellation cant be done once the order is booked and payment is completed.

Refund Policy :

1. If you have received the wrong product/Damage Products ,Kindly send email (mail@kanjivarampuresilks.com) within 24hrs  .Opening video compulsory in this case. Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the Shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.
2. Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
3. Refunds on damaged product and wrong products will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 to  7 working days.
